I'll arrive in the early morning before the check-in time.
May I leave my luggage until the check-in time?
Sure! The check-in time is 12.30-13.00. But if you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage on the Reception floor.
I'll arrive in the late evening. It will be a problem?
Absolutely no! On the Reception there is someone always 24 hours, so you can arrive at any time.
How I get Hotel Dolomiti from the Central Termini Station?
Go out to Cinquecento Square (main entrance of the Station where there are a lots of buses and taxis), turn to the right and pass by "Solferino Street" and "Indipendenza Square"; go straight on and arrive in Via S.Martino della Battaglia, 11- first floor Reception. it's 7 minutes walking. If you decide to take a Taxi from the Railway Station Termini to the hotel you don't have to pay more than Euro 15.00 with bags. (see the map)
How I get Hotel Dolomiti from Fiumicino Airport Leonardo Da Vinci?
From the Arrival Hall, walk to the train Station inside the airport, following the FS sign. A train for Termini Station leaves every 30 minutes. Tickets can be bought from the tobacco shop near the platform and the price is about Euro 11.00. (see the map)
How I get Hotel Dolomiti from Ciampino Airport?
Exit the airport. On the square in front of the airport there is a Cotral bus service to Anagnina underground station. From there, take the underground to Termini Station. If you decide to take a Taxi from the Ciampino airport to the Hotel you don't have to pay more than Euro 45.00-50.00 with bags.
A new service is available: Direct Bus Terravision from Ciampino Airport to Termini Station:with a ticket of euro. 8.00 for each adult and Euro. 4.00 each child until 12 years old. Two ways Euro. 14.00 each adult and Euro. 7.00 each child. (see the map)
How I get Hotel Dolomiti by car?
From FLORENCE (FIRENZE):
On the motorway towards Rome, take the Exit "Roma Nord", you will be on the Beltway (follow direction Napoli-Tiburtina or Roma-Aquila).Take exit number 13 (Tiburtina, direction centro), follow all the way trough. You will find yourself on "Piazzale del Verano". From there, take" Via C.De Lollis". When you see the archs coming up, pass them and take a right onto "Viale Castro Pretorio". You are now very next to the Subway line B "Castro Pretorio" and when you see the sign "M" turn to the left and you've get Via S.Martino della Battaglia.
From NAPLES (NAPOLI):
Exit the motorway in the Roma beltway (direction Firenze-Tiburtina), take exit number 13 (Tiburtina, direction centro), follow all the way through. You will find yourself on "Piazzale del Verano". My departure is in the evening but the check-out time is in the morning at 11.00. May I leave my luggage until the departure?
Sure! After the check-out time you can leave your luggage on the Reception floor until the evening. The service is free and safe.
When I booked I gave all my credit card's details. Do you charge the total amount by my credit card?
No, we don't. Our credit card's details needs only to hold the room. In the confirmation there is a cancellation policy where is specified in which case we will charge only the first night.
Tax, service and breakfast are included in your prices?
In all our prices, service and breakfast are always included. Excluding the stay tax of € 2.00 per person per night.
Children do not pay the fee up to 10 years.
I have a car. Do you have a parking?
We have a parking very next the hotel. At your check-in it's enough you advice the Reception you need a parking and someone will come to pick up your car and bring back at your check-out. The price is Euro 20.00-30.00 for 24 hours.
Then, there are other 4 parking in the same area.
If you decide to leave your car in the street, please completely empty and in the blue line. You have to pay Euro 1.00 for each hour from 8 am to 7pm every day except Sundays and Holidays.
